Each and every piece of meat and fish, vegetable and fruit, that goes through our knives here are divided into carefully considered slices, dices and cubes, depending on the dish, to ensure that the flavour pans out evenly.

It's all handled with care
We don't stock food nor do we serve reheated parcels; all our cooking is done at our local kitchens and then sent to the venue, fresh from the pan. Food items, serving dishes, plates and cutlery are all systematically packed in clean containers and transported using our own fleet of carry vans. With expert and experienced hands working on packing and the logistics, we leave no room for damage, spoilage and above all - delay. The team at Vee Kay Vee's working tirelessly as it boasts and takes pride in a 100% success rate with no glitches till date. With specifications and standards that have been set as benchmark, we as a team never compromise on quality and perfection.
